1. Go to www.studyspanish.com on SAFARI.
2. Click on the Grammar tab at the top.
3. Scroll down and click lesson 50 on the left side bar - Verbs with irregular 1st persons.
4. Review verbs and then click "basic quiz"
5. Keep taking quiz until all are correct.
6. Take Mini-Test.
7. Go back to the side bar and do the same for lessons 28 and 29.
8. When finished, go to your blog and write a letter (in English this time!) to your pen-pal.
Things to include:
3 new 'American' words to teach them. Think of (appropriate) slang words or phrases. Explain what they
mean thoroughly, with easy-to-understand English. Think of it as a Palabra del Día.
Your favorite songs/artists/tv shows/or movies.
A description of UA/Columbus/or Ohio and what there is to do there. (Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Cedar Point, etc.)
Answers to any questions that they asked you.
*Make this letter interesting! Since you are writing in English this time, it should be easy to make it full of personality. Remember that they will have trouble reading your letter if you use a lot of difficult words. If you do use words that you think they would not understand, define them in parenthesis ( ).
